Job Summary
Manage and support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
Configure and support SAP SD and Customer Service modules
Work on SAP S/4HANA projects (implementation or support)
Handle integration between SAP and Salesforce
Gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications
Support pricing billing shipping and credit management processes
Coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and developments
Support testing go-live and post-go-live activities
