About the Role:

We are looking for a clever motivated and product-minded Full-Stack Engineer to design and build the digital systems that power our research client engagement and brand presence.

This is not a narrow implementation role. You will own projects end-to-end-from UI/UX design decisions to backend services data flow and infrastructure considerations. You will work independently while collaborating closely with research product and data teams across a globally distributed organization.

You should be comfortable operating across the full stack and making thoughtful architectural decisions. Whether its deciding when to use edge caching webhooks scheduled jobs or custom APIs you understand how to build scalable performant and maintainable systems.

If you enjoy solving real problems with clean engineering and strong design instincts this role will give you meaningful ownership and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design build and maintain high-quality frontend applications using TypeScript ReactJS and modern frameworks.
• Develop and customize WordPress websites and plugins to support publishing workflows and client-facing tools.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive polished web interfaces using HTML and CSS with strong visual sensibility.
• Build and maintain backend functionality including APIs background jobs integrations and data synchronization pipelines.
• Design and implement full-stack systems using webhooks edge caching strategies cron jobs and modern data flows.
• Collaborate with product research and data teams to present complex technical information clearly and intuitively.
• Continuously improve performance accessibility reliability responsiveness and SEO across platforms.
• Manage development workflows using Jira and GitHub maintaining clean version control and collaboration standards.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across browsers devices and backend services.
• Contribute to the evolution of frontend architecture backend patterns and shared component systems.
• Collaborate with external engineers to ensure high-quality accurate delivery of projects.

Qualifications:

• 1 3 years of experience in full-stack engineering frontend development with backend exposure or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS TypeScript HTML and CSS.
• Experience working with APIs webhooks cron jobs caching layers and data flows between services.
• Experience with WordPress including plugin development and theme customization.
• Familiarity with Jira and modern GitHub-based workflows.
• Demonstrated design instincts and strong aesthetic judgment.
• Ability to operate autonomously across the full development lifecycle-from requirements to deployment and iteration.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Python for backend services tooling or data integration.
• Familiarity with API design background processing systems and third-party service integrations.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines build systems or Kubernetes-based deployment environments.
• Experience designing reusable UI components and shared internal libraries.
