About the Role

Are you passionate about helping people and looking to build realworld experience in financial services Join UT Federal Credit Union as a PartTime Financial Consultant where youll assist members with their everyday financial needs solve problems and make a positive impact with every interaction.

This is a great opportunity for students interested in finance customer service business banking or sales who want to grow their skills in a supportive teamoriented environment.

What Youll Do

• Provide friendly helpful support to members in person and over the phone
• Build strong relationships and deliver an excellent member experience
• Recommend financial products and services that improve members lives
• Handle a variety of transactions including deposits withdrawals loan payments and card services
• Assist with account updates and member problem resolution
• Participate in team meetings trainings and continuous learning opportunities
• Support branch operations including balancing cash scanning documents and general upkeep

• Comfort with basic technology and computer systems

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED (current college students welcome!)
• 6 months2 years of experience in customer service retail financial services or a related field - or equivalent experience
