POSITION OVERVIEW As a Business Analyst within the CM&T group you will analyze organizational processes and systems to assess business models and their integration with technology. You will define future-state solutions and research requirements to optimize tax functionality and UAT strategies.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research gather and synthesize information to identify customer requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for business process analysis and design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define future-state business solutions.
- Manage team decisions and provide expert insights on business model optimization.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) strategy and execution for tax functionality.
- Provide solutions to complex problems that apply across multiple integrated teams.
