Job Summary
Your mission
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities to achieve production schedules output quality and cost objectives
- Develop and execute operational plans aligned with company strategy
- Optimize the use of manpower equipment and materials to ensure production efficiency
- Ensure all products especially BESS and inverters meet strict customer specifications and quality standards
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System
- Prepare manage and control the plants operational budget
- Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement projects
- Provide strong leadership coaching and training to production supervisors and technical staff
- Manage team performance and foster a capable and engaged workforce
Your profile
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing or related)
- 8 years of manufacturing management experience with priority given to candidates with BESS and inverter production background
- Proven experience managing a plant or large production unit in Poland with strong knowledge of local regulations and operational environment
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma TPM and other continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong financial management and budget control skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken C1) mandatory
- Proficient in SAP MOM and MES systems
