As the online consumer banking business of Goldman Sachs Marcus operates as a digital bank providing high-yield savings accounts and Certificates of Deposit (CDs) directly to individual consumers. Marcus combines Goldman Sachs over 150 years of expertise with intuitive digital experiences focusing on value transparency and simplicity for its millions of customers and is recognized as the largest pure online bank delivering a fully digital experience without physical branches.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
The Marcus US Marketing team is responsible for driving growth and end-to-end customer lifecycle management for millions of Marcus customers across our high yield savings and CD products. Were a data driven team thats hyper-focused on performance measurable impact customer insights & experience and digital. We are also very collaborative integrated with the business providing strategic partnership with pricing product engineering and delivery / operations.
Marcus is growing fast and looking for bold thinkers and doers to help us fuel the next wave of growth. We have been very successful in our acquisition program to date and are looking to expand our marketing program. As VP of Integrated Marketing you will be a senior leader on the Marketing Acquisition team responsible for translating market and audience insights into impactful brand strategy and execution. This role will drive brand awareness favorabilityand creation and execution of integrated go-to-market plans across channels to support breakthrough growth. Day to day VP of Integrated Marketing will oversee Marcus brand strategy and integrated marketing efforts including partnering with research on consumer insights developing narrative and positioning aligning creative media content and performance strategies into measurable cohesive and effective campaigns. You will work closely with business leadership marketing colleagues and product and pricing to ensure seamless alignment between brand initiative performance marketing activities and overall business strategy.
