Position Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for several different aspects as a Landscaper for our customers and clients in both the public and private sector.
The pay rate for this position is $21-$24 per hour depending on experience and education.
Job Duties
- Perform various landscape duties such as removing and installing sod topsoil and seeding lawns planting shrubs/tree and other related duties.
- Operate various applicators adhering to all company and environmental standards.
- Properly maintain prepare and operate all tools and equipment.
- Manage customer service expectations.
- Abide by Davey and industry safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hardscape and Softscape.
- Clean criminal record check eligible to security clearance.
- Valid Drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of basic lawn maintenance.
- Strong shrub and plant identification skills.
- Must be able to operate maintenance equipment including lawnmowers leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Additional Information
- $21 - $24 / hour depending on experience and qualifications.
- Full time. Year-round employment.
- Occasional overtime required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
