Full-Time On-Site 4-Day Work Weeks Weekend availability required

Are you a compassionate reliable professional looking to make a real impact Calo Programs is hiring Youth Mentors also known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Youth Care Workers Residential Counselors or Behavioral Health Technicians to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges.

This is a year-round opportunity (not seasonal) to grow your career while doing meaningful purpose-driven work in a nationally recognized residential treatment program.

Responsibilities

Support youth with daily routines hygiene chores and personal development
Engage in group therapy and team-building activities
Ensure a safe structured and emotionally supportive environment
Participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams
Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Age 21
Ability to pass background checks and physical
Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required)

EMTs and those with first responder backgrounds are encouraged to apply!
