Job Summary
Base Pay: $20 per hour based on experience and qualifications
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM with consistent weekday and/or weekend opportunities

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a reliable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide to provide one on one care for a client in Colts Neck. This position offers steady daytime hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping a client remain safe comfortable and independent in their home.
This is an excellent opportunity for caregivers who value consistency supportive clinical leadership and the ability to build strong relationships through one on one care.
What You Will Do
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
Support the clients morning and early afternoon routine
Assist with mobility safety and overall comfort
Follow the individualized care plan and observe any changes in condition
Communicate effectively with BAYADAs clinical and office teams
Maintain a respectful professional and supportive care environment
What We Are Looking For
Active New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
Availability for the full shift from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM
Dependable punctual and committed to consistent care
Compassionate patient focused approach
Experience with personal care and transfers or willingness to learn
