Position Type: Full-Time (37.5hrs)
Salary: $60450
The Residential House Manager offers personalized person-centered support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing in a group home setting. They provide strategic leadership manage operations and oversee the residential program. This position emphasizes maintaining high-quality safe and inclusive living spaces promoting each residents well-being and achievements ensuring compliance with regulations and advancing organizational goals through effective program development staff supervision and operational excellence.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development of maximum independence responsibility and self-worth
- Integration of quality of life ideals into daily management and program development
- Preparation and implementation of program goals individuals service plans progress notes and treatment plans.
- Nurturing a positive relationship with individuals families guardians and service providers
- Providing for appropriate healthcare medical and dental needs and promoting healthy lifestyle choices.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise a team ofdirect care staff
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with WORK Inc.s company policy andapplicable laws.
- Interview hire and train employees.
- Planning assigning training and directing work.
- Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- On call responsibilities including out of hours emergencies.

QualificationsRequirements:
- Fluent in ASL (American Sign Language)
- Bachelors degree in Education Special Education Social Work or related Field or one plus years related experience and actively enrolled in a related degree program or minimum five years experience.
- Valid Massachusetts Drivers License and a safe driving record.
- CPR/First Aid certification and safety care required (training provided)
- Proficiency with basic technology and electronic documentation systems
