The Opportunity

We are looking for HR Business Partner to serve as atrusted advisor and strategic thoughtpartner totheSVP Chief Technology Officer CreativeProductGroupandleadership team. This role willshape people strategies aligned tobusinessobjectivesincluding a focus on developing leaders and teams driving organizational effectiveness engaging our employees fostering an inclusive culture and prioritizing the highest impact solutions to help us on our mission to change the world through digital experiences.

  • Strategically partner withtheSVPChief Technology Officer CreativeProductGroupand othersenior leaders in the organization

  • Proactivelyidentifyand address critical organizational and people issues and removebarriers impeding the success of the business

  • Implementoptimalorganization design to enable the leadership team and the organization toscaledrive agility and accelerate product innovation

  • Build future bench and upscale capabilities through development of top talent andstrategic hires

  • Lead Employee Experience for the teams your support-you are the Chief People Officer for your business

  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners

  • Partner effectively across Centers of Excellence in Employee Experience to drive business outcomes


What You Need to Succeed

  • 12 years of HR Business Partneringin technology space at scaleor relevant leadership experience

  • Experience leading an HR Business Partner Team

  • Ability to foster relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization

  • Proactive strategic partnership operational rigor and speed of execution

  • Strong leadership and influencing skillsto challenge constructively

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain agile in an ever-changing environment
  • Superb judgment and integrity including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency
  • A burning passion to want toaccomplishwhat most people might call unreasonable expectations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $$381250 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California the pay range for this position is $245200 - $381250

At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
