Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Dentist (DDS or DMD) to provide full-scope dental care in a relationship-based model in a mission-driven FQHC facility in Klamath Falls OR. Qualifications
- Education: DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Licensure: Valid Oregon dental license; CPR/First Aid certification.
- Experience: Experience in FQHC or underserved settings is strongly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in full-scope general dentistry including exams cleanings fillings extractions crowns bridges and patient education.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills commitment to culturally responsive care and patient dignity ability to work independently and collaboratively and dedication to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality dental care to patients of all backgrounds.
- Diagnose and treat oral diseases injuries and malformations.
- Perform exams cleanings fillings extractions crowns bridges and more.
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care.
- Supervise dental staff and contribute to a culture of safety and compliance.
- Participate in quality improvement team meetings and strategic planning.
- Maintain accurate records and uphold confidentiality standards.
