Job Summary
Apartment Cleaner at Marsden
Shift Details:
Monday - Friday 7:00am- 2:00pm
Hours per Week: 30.25 hours

Minneapolis MN
Job Description:
You must have a valid drivers license and owna reliable car to qualify for this will becleaning the common areas of two apartmentsthat are less than a 10 minute drive apart. This cleaning position requires a lot of fast-paced moving bending stooping and reaching. This is a hard labor job that is physically demanding.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and current car insurance
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Comfortable driving in winter conditions
- Pre-employment drug screen required
- THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
- Physically able to bend lift up to 30 lbs. walk quickly and remain on your feet throughout the shift
- Willing to consent to a background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Basic English proficiency required for safety
