Job description:
- Fachliche Koordination der Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie erster Ansprechpartner für das Team bei operativen und fachlichen Fragestellungen
- Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Debitorenkontenpflege Zahlungsverbuchung das Mahnwesen sowie das Forderungsmanagement
- Durchführung von Kontoabstimmungen und Klärung von Differenzen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Erstellung aussagekräftiger Auswertungen und Reports insbesondere Forderungsanalysen und Fälligkeitslisten unter Einsatz von MS Excel
- Mitarbeit im SAP S/4HANA-Umfeld sowie aktive Unterstützung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse
Requirements:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Debitorenbuchhaltung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel (z. B. Pivot-Tabellen Funktionen Auswertungen) sowie praktische Erfahrung mit SAP S/4HANA
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Forderungsmanagement sowie im Umsatzsteuerrecht mit Fokus auf den Debitorenbereich
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Strukturierte sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an analytischen und abstimmungsintensiven Aufgaben
