Job Summary

VACANCY FOR UI/UX DESIGNER

We are looking for an additional member of our developing team which develops IoT solutions for all Alfa Laval products for our customers. We do this to enable remote support data visualization and performance analytics to improve efficiency compliance and sustainability for our customers. Since we have an agile setup we do all planning and estimation as a team creating the right workload for the team including product owner 4 developers a designer and a tester. The team collaborates with two others agile IoT teams so you will become part of a department with many skilled developers.

Knowledge:

Education: Bachelors degree in design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.

Youre structured and driven with the ability to see the big picture self-motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize take initiative and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes prototypes and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.
UI Design: Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and enhance the user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior designers product owners developers and other team members to ensure a user-centered design approach.
Iteration: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and other data-driven insights.
Documentation: Maintain and update design documentation style guides and design systems to ensure consistency across the platform.

Experience:

4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design preferably with some exposure to IoT platforms or industrial applications.

Skills:

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects.
Ability to guide and assist junior designers
