The Systems Integration Analyst requires an understanding of applications IT infrastructure integrating different IT products together and ultimately assisting in delivering those products to the end user.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the integration of acquired businesses into GFLs IT systems
Document all IT services subscriptions applications and hardware in use by newly acquired businesses
Contribute to the planning and deployment of the integration efforts of GFL Systems
Order and track new hardware and services
Monitor project expenses to ensure budget compliance
Work closely with vendors and contractors
Monitor and coordinate deployment tasks related to application and hardware deployments end-user training communication and support
Organize and coordinate project events and meetings
Knowledge Skills Abilities and Competencies:
College diploma or University degree in Business Technology Management Business Information Systems Information Technology Management or related field of study
2-5 years work experience as a Systems Analyst or Technical Project Coordinator with prior experience in M&As a strong asset
Advanced competency with Microsoft Office suite and all applications
Strong scheduling asset management and technical deployment experience
Experience with moves adds and changes of technical resources and hardware
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer Service oriented with the ability to work well both in teams and
independently
Willing and able to travel frequently throughout Canada and the US including valid Drivers License
