Job Summary

The Production Coordinator will play a key role inmaintainingschedule accuracyoptimizingplant resources and ensuring all project milestones are met throughoutGMF.Wereseekinga detailoriented and resourceful candidateto support plant operations and project this role you will oversee the project schedule coordinate crossfunctional teams manage materials planning and ensure projects move efficiently from preconstruction through fabrication.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a dynamic scheduleto ensure plant efficiencyand project schedule

Identifyand confirm material availability for the plant and project schedule

Coordinate with the pre-construction team to ensure scope isidentified

Oversee the BIM engineerswork to ensureit is constructableoptimized and material is processed per the schedule

Select and manage the subcontractor when the scheduling requires sub-fabrication

Coordinate with the Plant Manager to ensure parameters for estimating are understood

Develop budgets and billing projections

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree

Minimum one year of manufacturing experience preferred

Must have experience in MS Excel and MS Word

Proficiencyin Teklapreferred

Salary:

$30-35/hour dependent upon experience
