Job Summary
Were looking for aTermite Repair Technicianto provide high-quality wood repair services for customers impacted by termites or other wood-destroying organisms. This role is hands-on customer-facing and ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys solving problems on-site.
Our goal is simple:deliver exceptional service to every customer every time.
What Youll Do
- Inspect and assess termite and wood-destroying organism damage
- Perform termite-related wood repairs at customer properties
- Communicate clearly with customers termite inspectors and management
- Complete appointments on time and with professionalism
- Safely operate company vehicles tools ladders and equipment
- Follow all safety chemical and company procedures
- Maintain tools equipment and company vehicle
- Attend required training and maintain necessary licenses
What Were Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with hands-on termite repair or construction-style work
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Professional reliable and safety-focused
- Willingness to work outdoors in confined spaces and on ladders
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and perform physical labor
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid California Class C Drivers License
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- General Pest Control Applicator License preferred not required
Work Environment
- Majority of work performed at customer properties
- Outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Occasional overtime as needed
- Work at heights confined spaces and uneven surfaces
