We have an immediate opening for an LCD Assembly Technician Level 1 at Precision Display Repairs (PDR) Camarillo CA facility.

JOB PURPOSE

The technician performs visual inspections functional tests diagnoses and repair of LCD (liquid crystal display) units. Job tasks include mechanical disassembly repair and re-assembly of defective displays using PDRs repair procedures tooling and equipment.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Job Functions:

Mechanical aptitude and hands on experience
Ability to read write and understand the English language and to follow verbal and written instructions procedures and instructions
Good vision and manual dexterity
Good communication skills
Ability to work well with others
Experience in a deadline-oriented environment

WORKING CONDITIONS

Physical Demands: Requires sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Requires frequent walking bending and reaching to shoulder level. Requires occasional squatting lifting carrying pushing or pulling weight up to 20 pounds. Requires repetitive hand movement. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.

Work Location: PDR facility in Camarillo CA.

Experience: At least 2 years electronic assembly experience in Operations Production or Service or related field preferred.
