Job Summary
Trillium Pacific Millwork is seeking a talented and driven Craftsman Woodworker to join our growing custom shop. This hands-on role involves crafting high-quality wood products such as countertops decorative panels and specialty items. Were looking for someone who not only enjoys the craft but also thrives in a team environment where precision communication and initiative matter.

Some of the responsibilities include:
- Use routers orbital sanders and hand tools to fabricate and finish custom woodwork
- Perform high-quality finishing work including sanding sealing staining and top-coating
- Read and follow shop drawings blueprints and work instructions
- Work independently and collaboratively to complete a wide variety of custom projects
- Help develop and refine production methods for repeatable product lines
- Contribute creatively to new product development and prototyping
- Follow all safety protocols and actively promote a safe organized work environment
- 2 years of experience in woodworking millwork or related craft trades
- Proven skills in finishing techniques and surface preparation
- Strong knowledge of woodworking methods materials and tools
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
- Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
- U.S. work authorization required
