Job Summary

Responsible for originating financing and transacting deals in particular domain

To be actively involved at every stage of the transaction and lead until closure

- Client visits

- Meetings

- Bilateral discussions

- Commercial negotiations

- Due diligence

- Transaction closure agreements

Taking lead in industry research market mapping and preparing mandate pitches

Strengthen firms relationships at Senior Management level with existing clients

Be part of end-to-end deal making cycle for multiple sell-side/buy-side mandates

Manage client relationships along with manager and identify business opportunities

Direct implementation of proposed solutions to clients

Handle client liaison involving negotiations on pricing or merger structure
