• 定期的にプログラムプロジェクトパフォーマンスのアップデートを実施する
• プログラムプロジェクトが計画されたスケジュールコストスコープで確実に実行されるよう管理する
• 適切なツールを使用してプログラムプロジェクトのタイムラインを設定しマイルストーンを記録する
• 主要なステークホルダー全員とコミュニケーションを取りフィードバックを求め良好な関係を維持する
• スコープ計画ビジネスルール方針手順を含むプログラムの変更を管理コントロールする
• プロジェクトチームと協力しプロジェクトリスクを特定し解決策を評価する

要件

学歴(必須)

学士号もしくはそれに値するエンジニアリング分野での経験がある方

職務経験(必須)

以下いずれかの環境において2年間以上の職務経験がある方

• Fabオペレーションエンジニアリング全般
• プログラムおよびプロジェクトマネジメント

要求される能力全て満たしている必要は無い

• 製造エンジニアリングプロセスシステムにおける経験及び理解がある
• 自発的で最小の監督下でも効率的に業務を行うことができる
• 高い分析力を持ち複雑な情報をシンプルにまとめ説明することができる
• 文章口頭においての高いコミュニケーションスキルがある英語スキル含む
• 優れたチームワークスキルおよび高いマルチタスクスキルがある
• 優れたプロジェクトタイムマネジメントスキルおよび優先付けのスキルがある
• 強い影響力を持ち部門横断的な問題を解決した経験がある

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Ensure strategic roadmaps tracked to achieve business plan and latest BIC targets
• Provide program and project performance updates periodically
• Manage and ensure program and project performance to the planned schedule cost and scope
• Plan and schedule program/project timelines and record milestones using appropriate tools
• Communicate with all key stakeholders to request feedback and maintain positive working relationships
• Manage and control program changes including scope plan business rules policies and procedures
• Work with the project teams to identify project risks and evaluate solutions

Requirements

Education

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering disciplines

Experience

2 years working experience in any of the following environments:

• Frontend Fab Engineering
• Program and Project Management

Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of manufacturing and engineering processes and systems
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical skills and capability to summarize complex information into simple explanations
• Excellent written and oral communications skills (Including English skill)
• Possess good teamwork skills and strong multi-tasking capability
• Demonstrate excellent project/time management and priority setting skills
• Strong influencing skills and experience with driving cross-function group issues to resolution
