Licensed And Experienced HVAC Installer Wanted!

Polar Bear Plumbing Heating & Air in Windsor CO is hiring a mechanical problem solver to join us full-time precisely installing heating and air conditioning systems. This is your chance to boost your career potential and learn new things while helping others stay cool and comfortable.

Job Area: Our service range covers Northern Colorado.

Pay: Our HVAC Installers earn $20.00 to $40.00 per hour (based on experience) and are eligible for a SPIFF incentive.

Schedule: Youll work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday.

YOUR ROLE INCLUDES:

Accurately installing heating and air conditioning equipment
Performing routine maintenance like cleaning and inspecting systems
Connecting electrical wiring and controls
Working with team members to complete efficient high-quality installations
Following safety guidelines and building codes
Answering client questions addressing concerns and providing excellent customer service

WHAT YOULL NEED TO GET STARTED:

EPA certification
1 years of experience as an installer or service technician
Strong mechanical and HVAC system knowledge
Ability to repair and maintain heating and air conditioning equipment
Ability to work independently and with a team
Ability to work overhead in confined spaces on ladders and in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 75 pounds
Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
