Job Summary
The Mission We are recruiting an elite clinician for a dual-role position: delivering sophisticated 1:1 nursing care to an 80-year-old VIP while traveling aboard a private superyacht. This role offers an unparalleled itinerary exclusively cruising the Mediterraneanincluding stops in Monaco the Amalfi Coast Marbella and the Greek Islands. You will maintain clinical excellence in a luxury setting ensuring continuity of care during extended voyages.
The Team You will integrate into a robust high-performance medical unit designed to support the principals health at sea:
Lead British Doctor: Provides overarching medical governance and mentorship.
Physiotherapists: Dedicated specialists focusing on the patients mobility and rehabilitation.
Nursing Team: A collaborative group of Western-trained professionals.
The Safety Patient safety and nurse well-being are paramount. The medical roster is built on a Double-Nurse Shift System ensuring you are never working alone on shift. This allows for optimal rest periods and ensures that high-acuity vigilance is maintained without compromising your energy.
The Process
Phase 1: Initial Screening & Clinical Credentialing.
Phase 2: Comprehensive Online Interview.
Phase 3: Immediate Offer & Mobilization.
Requirements
Requirements
Education: Valid Western BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
Experience: 4 years of post-graduate experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E is mandatory).
Language: Native or C1 Level English is required for all communications.
Attributes: Adaptable discreet and capable of delivering hospital-grade care in a maritime environment.
