Lead British Doctor: Provides expert clinical direction and 24/7 medical support.
Physiotherapists: Specialists dedicated to the patients daily rehabilitation and physical therapy.
Nursing Team: A cohesive unit of experienced Western-trained nurses.
The Safety Your well-being and clinical acuity are prioritized through a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. This ensures you are never sole-charge; you will always work alongside a qualified colleague guaranteeing optimal patient safety and allowing for proper rest intervals.

Phase 1: Comprehensive CV & Credential Review.
Phase 2: Secure Online Interview (Remote).
Phase 3: Deployment to the Mediterranean.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a recognized Western university is mandatory.
Experience: 4 years of proven experience in high-acuity Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English proficiency is required for all communication.
Professionalism: Impeccable presentation discretion and the ability to thrive in a high-service environment.
