Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware software and networking issues escalated from L1 support
Install configure and maintain Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows 7/10/11)
Provide hands-on support for desktops laptops printers mobile devices and network/datacenter equipment
Troubleshoot Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint etc.)
Manage user accounts in Active Directory Exchange mailboxes and distribution groups
Support remote connectivity tools (SMS Bomgar WebEx Teams RDP)
Assist end-users with mobile device setup activations and performance issues (iOS Android Blackberry)
Deploy Windows images using SCCM and manage software updates
Provide support for A/V equipment and conference room setups
Maintain documentation of issues solutions and system configurations
Escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors when necessary
24 years hands-on experience in L2 Technical Support IT Desktop or Onsite support
Strong experience with Windows operating systems (7/10/11) and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with desktops laptops printers mobile devices and network hardware
Knowledge of Active Directory Exchange and Microsoft Office troubleshooting
Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems
Basic knowledge of audio/video equipment and conference room setups
Strong problem-solving troubleshooting and analytical skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
