Key areas of focus include vendor management approval workflows internal controls and the proper management of donor- or grant-funded expenditures. About the Role

Total Dynamic Ltd. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Lead to support and deliver full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations for non-profit and social impact organizations. This role is responsible for leading the design of procurement and accounts payable processes while ensuring strong internal controls donor compliance and cross-functional alignment across all NetSuite workstreams.

The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle combined with a solid working understanding of all NetSuite functional workstreams (R2R OTC Projects Grants). You will work closely with project managers solution architects and client finance and operations teams to deliver integrated scalable NetSuite solutions in complex mission-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the Procure to Pay (P2P) workstream across 35 full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations for non-profit and social impact clients.

Partner with project managers and cross-functional leads (R2R OTC Projects Grants) to ensure end-to-end process integration across NetSuite workstreams.

Participate in enterprise-wide discovery sessions and contribute to holistic solution design beyond P2P.

Configure NetSuite P2P functionality including Vendors Items Purchase Requisitions Purchase Orders Vendor Bills Payments and Approval Workflows.

Design and implement procurement controls aligned with non-profit governance donor restrictions and audit requirements.

Support vendor master data setup migration validation and cutover activities.

Lead and support UAT testing transaction validation and defect resolution related to procurement and AP processes.

Assist with go-live readiness stabilization and knowledge transfer to client teams.

Provide training and documentation to procurement finance and operational stakeholders.

Collaborate actively within a team-oriented consulting environment supporting shared delivery ownership and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

5 years of experience in procurement accounts payable financial systems or ERP consulting.

35 full-cycle NetSuite ERP implementations supporting Procure to Pay and cross-functional finance processes.

Experience in non-profit or social impact organizations including donor- or grant-funded procurement.

Strong understanding of all NetSuite workstreams including R2R OTC Projects and Grants.

Proven ability to translate operational compliance and financial requirements into NetSuite system configuration.

Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team-based environment.

Comfortable working fully remote across time zones.

Preferred Skills

NetSuite ERP or NetSuite Financials certification (Not Required).

Experience supporting audits or procurement compliance assessments.

Familiarity with multi-entity multi-currency or international non-profit organizations in NetSuite.

Experience working in consulting or professional services environments.
