Job Summary
The Mission We are seeking an exceptional nursing professional for a bespoke 1:1 medical role attending to an 80-year-old VIP. This position offers a rare combination of clinical autonomy and luxury travel operating exclusively within the Mediterranean. You will manage the principals daily health requirements while cruising between elite destinations such as Monaco Portofino Ibiza and the Greek Islands.
The Team You will not work alone. The vessel is staffed with a comprehensive medical department:
Lead British Doctor: Provides overarching clinical governance and 24/7 tele-support.
Physiotherapists: A dedicated team focused on maintaining the patients mobility and physical health.
Nursing Team: You will collaborate with a skilled unit of Western-trained nursing professionals.
The Safety To prioritize patient vigilance and prevent clinical fatigue the medical team operates on a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. You will always have a qualified partner on duty with you ensuring that care is seamless and that you have adequate support during your rotation.
The Process
Phase 1: CV Review & Clinical Credentialing.
Phase 2: Secure Online Interview (Remote via video link).
Phase 3: Deployment to the vessel in the Mediterranean.
Requirements
Requirements
Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from a Western university is strictly required.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of recent experience in Acute Care (ICU ER or A&E).
Language: Native or C1 English is non-negotiable for safety and communication.
Profile: Highly adaptable emotionally intelligent and capable of blending into a high-net-worth environment.
