Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Delivery Leader with strong architectural governance and stakeholder management experience. The role involves driving end-to-end delivery ensuring compliance with enterprise standards leading cross-functional teams and contributing to strategic initiatives including modernization and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

Provide architectural guidance and review HLD/LLD documents.

Ensure adherence to organizational and client technical standards.

Drive solutioning key technical design decisions and scalable architecture.

Promote adoption of enterprise accelerators and frameworks (e.g. MasterCraft Ignio Jile).

Evaluate tools technologies and frameworks to optimize delivery efficiency and scalability.

2. Team & People Management

Lead mentor and upskill cross-functional onsite and offshore teams.

Manage KRAs career development performance inputs and competency development.

Oversee onboarding offboarding project tagging (WON) and resource forecasting.

Drive team engagement and capability building initiatives.

3. Delivery Governance

Own and manage SDLC delivery using Agile/DevOps methodologies.

Ensure compliance with QMS standards audit requirements and quality metrics.

Manage release planning sprint execution defect governance and documentation.

Track effort productivity risks dependencies and delivery KPIs.

Ensure structured reporting and governance compliance.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders (product owners architects SMEs).

Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.

Provide structured status reporting RAID management and escalation handling.

Coordinate across multi-vendor environments.

5. Operational Excellence

Oversee deployments incident/problem management and RCA preparation.

Ensure SLA adherence ticket hygiene and operational stability.

Identify automation and optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

6. Strategic Contribution

Support account roadmap planning modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Contribute to presales RFP/RFI responses and estimation efforts.

Promote innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Drive adoption of enterprise innovation frameworks (e.g. PACE Cloud/AI initiatives).

Required Skills

812 years of IT experience with a strong technical delivery background.

Expertise in:

o Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

o APIs and system integration

o Data platforms

o DevOps practices

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies CI/CD pipelines and enterprise governance processes.

Excellent communication leadership stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience in BFSI or large enterprise accounts.

Certifications in:

o Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

o Scrum Master / SAFe

o ITIL

o PMP / Prince2
