Senior Guidewire Quality Engineer (Billing Center & Automation)
Experience: 6-8 years
Location: Toronto
Hybrid Role- 2 days in office
Role Descriptions:
Highly skilled Guidewire Quality Engineer to join our IT team. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Guidewire Insurance Suite implementations Billing Center through test planning automation execution and defect management. This role requires strong technical skills attention to detail and hands-on experience with Guidewire systems. Collaborate with business analysts developers and product owners to understand functional and technical requirements. Design develop and maintain test plans test cases and automated test scripts for Guidewire applications. Perform functional regression integration and end-to-end testing of Guidewire modules. Execute API testing and validate data flow between Guidewire and external systems. Use tools such as Selenium TestNG Junit REST Assured Postman JMeter for automation and performance testing. Track and report defects using defect management tools (e.g. JIRA HP ALM Azure DevOps). Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily standups sprint planning retrospectives). Ensure test coverage traceability and compliance with QA standards. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production validation activities.
