Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:
Manage tender and quotation processes (Government & Private Sector)
Source and obtain tender opportunities
Arrange appointments and attend site visits
Prepare tender documentation and submit tenders
Assist in project documentation and filing
Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes
Provide administrative support to other departments when required


Requirements

Requirements:
Must possess own transport
Valid Class 3 driving license
Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Good communication and coordination skills

Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: $500
Allowance: $50

Working Hours:
Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM 1:00 PM)
Friday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Lunch: 12:00 PM 2:00 PM)
Saturday: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
