General Floor is looking for a dynamic Design Consultant to join our Bellmawr showroom team and this is not your typical retail sales position.
What Makes This Role Different
We are a wholesale flooring distributor that sells exclusively to contractors.
But heres the exciting part
We offer our contractors a FREE showroom service so they can bring their homeowners into our beautiful showroom instead of carrying heavy flooring samples from house to house.
And when they arrive
They meet YOU.
You provide the professional design guidance that helps contractors close the deal.
What Youll Do
Conduct personalized design consultations in our showroom
Help homeowners select flooring that fits their style lifestyle and budget
Ask questions and actively listen
Present options with confidence and clarity
Work alongside contractors to ensure smooth project flow
Turn uncertainty into confident decisions
This is consultative selling at its best no cold calls no chasing leads no high-pressure tactics.

Salary Range: $45K-$55K plus lucrative bonus
The listed range is a guideline and does not limit consideration of candidates with exceptional qualifications. Final compensation will be determined based on candidate qualifications internal equity and market factors.
