1. Proven experience in IR matters
the company at CCMA and Dept. of Labour
3. Dealing with union officials
4.Chairing Disciplinary enquiries
5. Strong organizational skills
6. Attention to detail
7. Advising management on IR trends
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
Desired Experience & Qualification
Appropriate Tertiary qualification
At least 5 years experience in the IR Role as discussed under duties and responsibilities.
Any certificates regarding your role as an Industrial Relations Officer over and above what we
require you can also attach.
Package negotiable according to experience and skill.
