Were looking for a Senior Customer Services Representative who thrives on delivering exceptional service and mentoring this role youll not only resolve complex enquiries but also act as a subject matter expert helping elevate our customer service standards.
This role reports to the Customer Service Manager IND. and is based in the GSSE Budapest Hungary
What youll do:
- Handle complex customer enquiries across multiple channels with professionalism and speed.
- Prepare technical quotations and offers ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a knowledge resource for the team sharing expertise and best practices.
- Support process improvements and participate in projects that enhance customer experience.
- Maintain and optimize customer data in SAP CRM.
Your background:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service ideally within Grundfos or similar industry.
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of products and processes.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP CRM.
- Ability to lead by example and mentor colleagues.
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
- Entrepreneurial mindset
