Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented SAP FICO Consultant with 34 years of professional experience including at least one full-cycle SAP implementation. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Finance and Controlling (FICO) and hands-on experience in cross-functional integration with Purchasing (MM) Sales (SD) and Inventory (IM) modules. Prior domain experience in finance or accounting is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP FICO modules including GL AP AR Asset Accounting Cost Center Accounting and Profit Center Accounting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with MM SD and IM modules.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Participate in all phases of the implementation lifecycle: requirement gathering design configuration testing deployment and support.
• Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and enhancements.
• Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO and integrated modules.
• Maintain documentation for configurations processes and user guides.

Basic Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• BE (Bachelor of Engineering) or
• (Master of Commerce) or equivalent degree.
• Domain Experience:
• 34 years of relevant experience in finance/accounting or related business functions.
• SAP Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• At least one end-to-end SAP implementation project.

Preferred Skills:

• SAP Certification in FICO is a plus.
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
