What Youll Do
In this hands-on role youll help ensure our facilities remain safe efficient and wellmaintained:
Critical Responsibilities
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues; recommend repair timelines and costs.
- Install or repair HVAC equipment and thermostatic controls.
- Replace worn or damaged HVAC components and high/low-pressure liquid lines.
Important Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance on heating and cooling units.
- Maintain chilled and hot water supply systems.
- Keep accurate maintenance records per City State and EPA regulations.
Standard Responsibilities
- Inspect and repair ductwork.
- Assist with general facility services as needed.
- Maintain internal electrical/electronic control systems; clean coils and blowers.
- Inspect refrigeration units refrigerators and ice machines.
- Ensure efficient operation of all air-conditioning systems.
