The Home Lending Product Delivery organization plays an important role in driving our transformation. The organization leads our efforts to identify outcomes goals and measures of success across all our products applying agile principles continuous discovery and a common set of data architecture and delivery tools.
The Home Lending Product Delivery team is seeking a highly effective and innovative person to join us. Your responsibilities will encompass test planning and execution along with functional end-to-end and regression testing. You will collaborate with Product Business Partners and Technology teams to ensure business processes and user interactions function as intended effectively minimizing post-launch risks.
Job responsibilities
- Understand the intent of a business requirement
- Formulate test approach and test plan and detailing the dependencies and risk involved
- Execute business scenario in UAT environment
- Partner and collaborate with stakeholders for clarifying queries and sharing the testing status
- Ensure testing artifacts are updated and saved as appropriate
- Reconcile test results from different tests and different groups
- Incorporate process enhancements related to tools and practices to unlock greater efficiencies and effectiveness
- Partner with UAT Manager/Lead to ensure that testing readiness and testing execution milestones are completed
- Assist in helping to facilitate the quality testing practices in support of various products
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 3years of UAT experience in manual testing along withformulating test plans and approach test scenarios and test scripts
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across teams
- Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional analytical skills including root cause analysis
- Experience in JIRA process understanding of the process flow and creation of the task
- Experience with Microsoft Office ConfluenceqTest tool
- Experience with Agile and waterfall software development methodologies
- Strong clear and concise written and verbal communication with ability to edit and prepare executive level organizational and project management skills; able to manage competing priorities under tight ability to collaborate and build strong partnerships
- Intellectual curiosity with a proven ability to learn degree of initiative self-direction and ability to work well under pressure
