1. National Account Sales Operations
Support strategic retail accounts (e.g. Costco Ulta Target Nordstrom)
Oversee purchase order tracking allocation and fulfillment coordination
Monitor sell-in sell-through and inventory health across accounts
Support line reviews seasonal programs and promotional execution
Coordinate new item setup SKU onboarding and retailer compliance requirements
2. Forecasting & Inventory Planning
Assist in demand forecasting and replenishment planning
Work closely with supply chain to optimize inventory levels
Identify potential stock risks or overstock situations
Support pricing adjustments promotional forecasting and margin analysis
3. Financial & Deduction Management
Monitor retailer deductions chargebacks and claims
Coordinate with Finance to reconcile invoices and AR
Track trade spend co-op programs and promotional investments
Analyze gross margin performance by account and SKU
4. Reporting & Business Analytics
Prepare weekly/monthly business performance reports
Analyze trends and provide insights to senior leadership
Track KPI performance (sales growth IMU inventory turns margin)
Support executive presentations and retailer business reviews
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate with Brand partners on pricing packaging and product changes
Partner with Marketing on retail activations and in-store programs
Improve internal operational workflows and reporting systems
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications :
Required Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Finance or related field
35 years of experience in B2B sales operations wholesale or retail management
Experience working with major national retailers strongly preferred
Strong Excel proficiency (advanced functions pivot tables required)
ERP experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple high-volume accounts simultaneously
Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Korean Bilingual required
Preferred Industry Experience
Beauty cosmetics or CPG distribution
Experience with retail programs (TPD co-op IMU promotional planning)
Knowledge of retailer compliance chargebacks and deduction processes
- Understanding of margin analysis and working capital impact
