Job Summary

Were looking for an innovative analytical and growth-minded Senior Product Manager to join the Data Analytics and Intelligence Team at CDK Global and take ownership of our Enterprise Data Warehouse and Governance this role you will define and execute the strategy for our data platforms ensuring data accuracy accessibility and scalability. Youll collaborate with engineering business and analytics teams to deliver innovative SaaS-based data solutions that enable seamless integration governance and insights for our enterprise clients. This role will also play an important role in delivering an OEM Analytics solution that enables OEMs and Dealers to make better business decisions based on actionable insights and predictive analytics. You will be the owner of customer-facing OEM Analytics and have the opportunity to grow the business through understanding market opportunities and customer pain points. The ideal candidate will have a blend of strategic and analytical mindset focus on positive business outcomes ability to drive execution and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role will utilize AI/ML models to drive differentiation actionable insights and tailored actions for customers to improve profitability and operational efficiencies. You should be both technical and non-technical to effectively communicate with audiences of different backgrounds including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy and build product roadmaps for enterprise data warehouse and governance platforms that align with customer and CDK business objectives
  • Deliver and prioritize well-defined epic/feature requirements to Engineering and UX based on user/market requirements strategy & business plan
  • Drive execution and delivery and go-to-market of product roadmap through collaboration with Engineering Product Operations Product Marketing Customer Care and Professional Services
  • Build new features and functionality to provide seamless and flexible integrations with the CDK Data Platform to onboard enterprise clients and partners onto our SaaS platform using APIs and advanced ETL pipelines.
  • Build automation and new tools for Implementation and Customer Care to deliver a great customer experience for Partners
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery ensuring alignment with Agile principles working cross functionally at CDK
  • Build a new front-end experience for Partners to seamlessly integrate with the CDK data ecosystem along with dashboards that bring visibility into the health and operational KPIs for them
  • Collaborate with the Data Platform engineering team to ensure high quality data is delivered through high performing data pipelines
  • Lead EOL (end-of-life) transitions for legacy systems while minimizing disruptions for enterprise customers.
  • Partner with Launch Management to ensure a successful go-to-market plans with Professional Services Customer Care Marketing Pricing Sales and Customer Success
  • Partner with the Partner Sales Account Management UX Marketing and Customer Success teams to conduct customer research that drives strategy roadmaps and new opportunities
  • Ensure all data systems comply with regulatory standards (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and internal security policies.
  • Become an expert and trusted partner at CDK Global for inbound and outbound integrations with Partner Data
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams and Partners to deliver solutions based on contractual obligations
  • Mitigate risks associated with data governance by implementing best practices and proactive monitoring.
  • Prioritize roadmaps and features based on voice of customer and ongoing feedback loops from users and other stakeholders
  • Evangelize and effectively communicate Product Strategy Roadmaps and data- driven results to leadership partners and customers
  • Define and measure OKRs and KPIs that define success for the product by establishing and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure platform adoption data accuracy and governance success.

Partner with Sales Professional Services Customer Success and Customer Care to implement an operating model that provides the best customer experience for Partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in business Computer Science Engineering or equivalent industry experience
  • 8 years of product management experience in Enterprise SaaS
  • 5 years of experience with data governance and scaling data platforms and products
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing ETL processes and API integration. Knowledge of compliance frameworks (e.g. GDPR CCPA HIPAA) and data governance principles; Familiarity with governance tools like Collibra Informatica or Alation; Hands-on experience with data platforms such as Snowflake Redshift or BigQuery.
  • Experience working in a product-led environment agile development methodologies and globally distributed teams
  • Proven ability to influence and drive strategy across a large organization and multiple stakeholders
  • Highly motivated go-getter attitude with a drive to produce an excellent end-to- end customer experience and positive business outcomes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with story-telling savviness
  • Financial acumen to develop business cases and monetization opportunities
