Job Summary

Job Title: Medical Technologist Night Shift
Location: Oak Hill FL
Schedule: Full-time nights 10:00 PM 6:30 AM (8/10/12-hour shifts rotating weekends)
Salary: $27.09 $37.92/hr (based on experience)
Night Differential: $2.50/hr On-Call Pay: $2/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $10000 for night shift

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Medical Technologist to join our hospital laboratory team. The role covers Blood Bank Chemistry and Hematology sections providing high-quality testing in a fast-paced acute care environment. This position works independently performing stat and routine testing while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Perform stat and routine testing in Blood Bank Chemistry and Hematology
Conduct quality control proficiency testing delta checks and critical result protocols
Assume departmental responsibility in the absence of a supervisor
Maintain accurate documentation review pending logs and troubleshoot equipment issues
Support CAP regulatory compliance and manage supply inventory

Qualifications:

Associate Degree required; Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology preferred
Florida Medical Technologist License REQUIRED
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Medical Technologist REQUIRED
Strong independent judgment attention to detail and workflow organization skills
