Job Summary

Job Title: School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Colorado Springs CO 16-Week Contract

Schedule: MondayFriday 7:00 AM 2:30 PM
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Setting: School-Based In-Person Only

Compensation

Local Pay: Up to $1875 per week
Travel Pay: Up to $2267 per week (inclusive of travel stipend)

Position Overview

A school district in Colorado Springs is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time 16-week contract assignment. This role involves providing in-person speech and language services to students in a collaborative educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assess diagnose and treat speech language voice and fluency disorders
Develop implement and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Deliver direct therapy services aligned with student goals
Collaborate with teachers parents and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation and student progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings and school staff meetings
Ensure compliance with state and federal education regulations

Qualifications

Active Colorado Speech Language Pathologist License (Required)
Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work onsite (in-person only)
