Job Summary
- Communicate with our private customers by phone and email taking responsibility for checking and following up on their files;
- Identify customers needs clarify information research every issue and provide optimal solutions;
- Go the extra mile to engage customers;
Qualifications :
- Very good written and spoken French language skills;
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation with a friendly and professional approach;
- Previous experience in customer service administration or related area;
- Interest in the automotive sector will be a plus.
