What youll do
As a Sustainability Customer Adoption Facilitator (f/m/d)limited for one yearin theCustomerAdoption Care team you are motivated to drive our success in sustainability by securing customeroutcomes and knowledge growth across the ecosystem.
You will work in a global team and play an instrumental role in (non-exhaustively):
Early adoption support:
Delivering our SAP Sustainability Adoption Care Program (ACP);
Initiatethe adoption ofinactivelicense-customersin our installbase;
Product Success:
Support our team-internalproductchampionsin theirduties andresponsibilities;
Help the product champions oversee the customer statuses compose regular updates progress summaries and forecasts on adopting and active customers;
AdoptionOffice:
Leading initiatives for next level adoptionaligned to our overall strategicpriorities;
Contributing to knowledge management & enablement(content sessions ...);
Providing sustainabilityexpertiseto Customer Success Managersand other roles involved indrivingthe adoption and consumptionof the SAP Sustainability solutions alongthe Customer ValueJourney;
What you bring
- Customer focus:Be comfortable in customer conversationsunderstand the customers requirements and goals and turn theminto actionable plans to increasetheirproduct usage and valuerealization;
- (Deep) technical product understanding or at least affinity:
- Preferablyprofound business processes and technical knowledge of the SAP solutions as well as SAP-internalprocesses;
- Preferably experience inSAP Sustainabilitysolutions;
- Preferably experience in other (SAP or non-SAP) Sustainability or adjacent solutions for example Data and Analytics;
- Preferably expertise in sustainability-related fields for example Circular Economy and/or ESG Reporting(big plus);
- Further (soft) skills:
- Pro-active and highly self-responsible working style a team-player and problem-solver results-oriented with a can-do attitude;
- Diligence with an eye on high quality results without being perfectionistic
- Experience with the customer data related tools (Cloud Reporting Gainsight etc.);
- Business fluent in German and English (must-have);
- Work experience:
- At least 2 years (plus relevant intern or working student roles) with a proven track and success record in any of these fields:
- Technical SAP product management sales and/or implementation consulting (for example at SAP or a SAP channel or implementation partner);
- Customer Success Management in the B2B SaaS industry;
- Sustainability management consulting
- Other closely related fields roles or functions
- Masters degree in a relevant field of studies
- Early adoptionsupport;
- ProductSuccess;
- Adoption office (enablement strategy & operations).
