Key Responsibilities
Quality Management & Compliance
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Review and develop quality policies procedures and business processes.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving
- Lead quality improvement initiatives across production processes.
- Support change management systems and drive corrective actions.
- Analyze data trends to support decisionmaking and performance enhancement.
Quality Testing & Audits
- Validate and develop quality testing methods.
- Conduct internal audits LPAs and quality assessments across operations.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead mentor and develop a highperforming quality team.
- Set clear performance objectives and ensure alignment with plant goals.
- Promote a culture of accountability safety and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to support program launches and address customer quality issues.
- Ensure effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
