Responsibilities:

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
- Provide support with bathing grooming dressing and personal hygiene.
- Assist with mobility transfers and walking.
Medication Reminders:
- Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules.
- Support clients in managing their medication routines.
Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
- Assist with meal planning and preparation adhering to dietary requirements.
- Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration.
Companionship and Social Interaction:
- Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship.
- Accompany clients to appointments and social activities.
Health Monitoring:
- Observe and report changes in clients health status to the care team.
- Document care provided and any notable observations.
Transportation:
- Some caregivers will provide transportation for clients.
- This will require a reliable automobile auto insurance and a valid driver license.

Qualifications:

CNA preferred.
1-3 years experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred
Certification CPR and First Aid preferred.
Compassionate patient and empathetic attitude.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
Computer access and basic competency.
Fluent English.
Drivers License reliable vehicle and auto insurance required.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
