Training Services Coordination and Logistics Associate

Full-Time -Onsite Role (Carolina Puerto Rico)
Hours: Monday - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

As a Training Services Coordination and Logistics Associate at Conduent youll have an opportunity to work in learning services. You will be surrounded by a culture that recognizes each persons contributions. Each day youll feel challenged and know you are making a difference in the lives of millions.
About the Role:
Must be able to check the training mailbox for rosters
Must confirm that instructors and classes are set up
Make sure that classroom is setup for in person training
Must be able to manually file papers
Must be able to respond to emails in a timely manner
Make reservation for larger rooms if necessary
Requirements:
Be at least 18 years or older
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
Demonstrate problem solving abilities & critical thinking skills
Demonstrate good communication skills (verbal/written)
Proficient in MS Office products
Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Demonstrate time and task management skills
Attention to detail

The estimated salary range for this role is $26880 - $33600.
