Job Summary

The Plant Engineer is the on-the-floor resource ensuring smooth and efficient fabrication operations.This person will master machine operation oversee performance andleadany troubleshooting and maintenance efforts.The Plant Engineeris responsible forplanning organizing and driving execution to keep production on schedule and at the projected pace.

Werelooking for an individual whowill follow job plans and proactively manageworkflowto avoid delays. The ideal candidate is ahigh-energy problem solver who thrives on structure precision and collaborationto keepthe team aligned and production flowing seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day machine operations to ensure efficiency

Develop a deep understanding of all plant machinery and processes

Identifyany issues and perform maintenance when necessary

Collaborate with production team to ensure schedules and deadlines are being met

Identifyand implement process improvements to increase productivity

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Business or other required

Strong written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:

$70000 - $76750/year

Dependent upon experience

Eligibility for performance bonuses

Schedule:

Monday Friday some weekends

7 AM - 6 PM
