About the Role
We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking Junior Customer Support Representative to join an international team in Athens. This role is ideal for junior profiles or candidates starting their career in customer support. Full training is provided along with a comprehensive relocation package for candidates moving to Greece.
Key Responsibilities

Provide customer support via phone email and/or chat

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Ensure high-quality customer experience and satisfaction

Accurately document and track customer cases in internal systems

Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and processes

Meet performance and quality standards
Requirements

Native or C2 level Portuguese
-
B2 level or higher English
-
Junior profile (previous customer support experience is a plus but not required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment

Availability to work on-site in Athens
