Languages Currently Hiring

What You Will Do
- Engage with users and clients through chat email and phone interactions
- Guide customers through processes tools or service usage
- Identify needs and provide clear effective solutions
- Ensure service quality and satisfaction through professional communication
- Monitor cases to completion and coordinate with internal teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate system updates and reporting
- Adhere to performance metrics and operational guidelines
- Continuously improve product and process knowledge
What We Are Looking For
- Near-native or fluent language proficiency (C1)
- English level B2 or higher
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced digital environment
- Basic technical comfort navigating multiple systems
- EU citizenship or valid Greek residence permit
- Openness to relocation if not already in Greece
