About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established manufacturing organisation operating within the construction chemicals sector. They are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to manage cost control tendering contract administration and commercial oversight across large-scale construction projects.
This is a senior leadership role within a fast-paced construction environment.
Location: Lagos Nigeria
On-site role.
Must be willing to undergo a mandatory psychometric assessment as part of the process.

- Have you worked in construction chemicals or a similar industrial manufacturing environment Please specify.
- Have you led quality management systems (Lean/Sigma/HACCP) Explain briefly.

- Are you willing to relocate to Abuja if selected
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs cost estimates & tender documentation
- Manage valuations variations & claims
- Conduct feasibility & value engineering exercises
- Negotiate with subcontractors
- Administer contracts & manage financial documentation
Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in quantity surveying within construction
- Strong commercial & contract administration exposure
- Experience working on multi-million naira projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD / quantity take-off tools
- Immediate availability or short notice
- Willing to complete a psychometric assessment
